Shark Thriller DANGEROUS ANIMALS Digital Streaming Release Date Revealed

According to our sources, IFC Films is expected to release their shark thriller DANGEROUS ANIMALS on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on July 22nd, 2025. The film world premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival before launching in US theaters on June 6th.

Dangerous Animals is directed by Sean Byrne and written by Nick Lepard. It stars Hassie Harrison, Josh Heuston, Rob Carlton, Ella Newton, Liam Greinke and Jai Courtney.
In the film, a savvy and free-spirited surfer is abducted by a shark-obsessed serial killer. Held captive on his boat, she must figure out how to escape before he carries out a ritualistic feeding to the sharks below.
